We share the SUL center with a model car club.  During our event we have the entire center to ourselves.  There is a well maintained circle and fencing and we have digital scoreboards and a tower for judges will be built soon. There is limited place for tents (about 200 m2),  and limited place for campers or caravans (about 6)

The clubhouse has toilets and showers, and a canteen where drinks and snacks are available all day

If you prefer a hotel, there are more than a hundred hotels in Utrecht and the surrounding area, but to give you an impression: we have found many hotels for a reasonable price. Trivago has found at least 10 Hotels for a price per night per room between €100,- and €150,-  as shown on the map below.

There are also e few options for lower prices (about € 40,- per night).  That are small companies, so please let us know if we can help to find it.
